WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
   
Obenauf's is happy to accept most methods of payment. This includes Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, and Paypal. If you would like to order with check or money order, that is fine also, just contact us and let us know how we can help.
WHERE IS OBENAUF'S LOCATED AND HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Obenauf's is manufactured in Peck, Idaho and distributed through a number of fine retail stores throughout the Western United States. For those of you unable to find Obenauf's in stores, our official online staff is happy to take your order and ship product throughout the United States. Our online orders ship from Clarkston, Washington and are typically processed within 2-3 days. After processing, shipping to US addresses takes 2-3 business days by United States Priority Mail service.
DOES OBENAUF'S SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Canadian Shipments
Canadian customers can expect shipping to run between $16 and $25. We recommend Canadians simply place their order online and expect shipping charges to be in that range. Contact us if you would like to confirm your exact shipping charges prior to ordering.
Other International Shipments
Obenauf's uses United States Priority Mail for International shipments. We are happy to take International orders but they do require special handling, higher shipping charges, and additional paperwork. Most International shipments require an individual shipping quotation -- just contact us and we'll be happy to get you a quotation for your order. Please remember that most countries may charge import duties as well that you will be responsible for upon delivery of the product.

RETURN POLICY
Our customers love our products (read our testimonials to see why) and we are sure you will too. Obenauf's is proud to stand behind our products 100% and will refund your purchase price if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Just return the unused product within 30 days of your purchase. To arrange for returns, please contact us we will make sure you are satisfied.
